Data deletion

You control your connection. From your dashboard, choose Disconnect to disable future publishing and remove stored provider credentials. Where supported, FullSite also asks the provider to revoke authorization.

Request deletion

1. Email privacy@fullsite.social from the address associated with your account.
2. Include your FullSite username and business name, but never send a password or access token.
3. We will verify your identity, confirm scope and complete eligible deletion requests within the period required by applicable law.

Meta may also send FullSite a signed deletion request when you remove the app from Facebook. Our callback validates Meta’s signature, disables matching connections, removes encrypted credentials and returns a confirmation code with a status URL.

Limited non-secret records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or legal compliance.
