Privacy Policy
Effective: August 26, 2026
FullSite Solutions LLC (“FullSite,” “we,” “us”) provides FullSite Social, a service for connecting eligible social-media accounts and publishing at the customer's direction.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact information; login-security records; identifiers, names, account types, and permissions returned by connected platforms; encrypted provider credentials; publishing requests, confirmations, results, and provider post identifiers; and limited technical logs needed for security and reliability. We do not ask for or store Facebook or Instagram passwords.
How we use and share information
We use information to authenticate users, establish and verify authorized connections, publish customer-confirmed content, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain service reliability. We do not sell personal information or use connected-platform data for unrelated advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to operate FullSite Social, connected platforms at the customer's direction, advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor subject to appropriate safeguards.
Meta data and credentials
For Facebook Pages and professional Instagram accounts, we retain the authorized destination's identifiers, display name, account type, granted scopes, encrypted access credentials, connection status, verification timestamps, and non-secret publishing results. Authorization codes are not retained. Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and kept server-side.
Retention, disconnect, and deletion
Encrypted credentials remain only while needed for an active connection. Disconnect disables future publishing, removes locally stored provider credentials, and attempts provider authorization revocation where supported. Security, billing, and non-secret audit records may be retained as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. See our Data Deletion instructions.
Security and choices
We use HTTPS, access controls, CSRF protection, login throttling, secret redaction, audit logging, and authenticated encryption. No system is perfectly secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@fullsite.social. We verify requests before acting.
Children, changes, and contact
The service is for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post a new effective date. Questions: privacy@fullsite.social, FullSite Solutions LLC, United States.
