Terms of Service
Effective: August 26, 2026
These Terms govern FullSite Social, operated by FullSite Solutions LLC. By using an account, you agree to these Terms and represent that you can bind the business you identify.
Service and authorization
The service connects supported third-party accounts and publishes under permissions granted by an authorized owner. You authorize FullSite to act on your confirmed instructions within those permissions. You remain responsible for account eligibility, destination selection, content, rights, disclosures, and compliance with platform rules and law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, abusive, or unauthorized activity; malware or credential theft; artificial engagement; platform circumvention; or activity that threatens the service or others. We may refuse content, suspend access, or disconnect accounts to address risk or legal requirements.
Third-party platforms
Meta and other platforms are independent services with their own terms, availability, and review requirements. We do not control their APIs, moderation, outages, permission changes, or account decisions and do not guarantee that a post will be accepted, remain available, or reach a particular audience.
Fees and intellectual property
Prices and renewal terms shown at purchase control; billing is not active until expressly offered. You retain rights in content you provide and grant FullSite a limited license to host, process, format, and transmit it solely to operate and support the service. FullSite retains rights in its software, branding, and documentation.
Security, disclaimers, and liability
You must protect login credentials, ensure users are authorized, and promptly report suspected compromise. Never send social-account passwords or access tokens to FullSite. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” FullSite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, platform actions, or reputational harm. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the service during the three months preceding the event, except where prohibited by law.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service and disconnect accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, nonpayment, platform requirements, or legal necessity. Provisions that should survive will survive. Contact legal@fullsite.social, FullSite Solutions LLC, United States.
